Investment Real Estate, LLC Hires Riley as Asset Project Manager

York, PA- February 21, 2023– The Investment Real Estate Group of Companies (IREGC) has announced the hiring of Chris Riley Jr. as asset project manager. Chris will be responsible for tasks related to upcoming Moove In Self Storage acquisitions, revenue enhancement/CapEx projects, and signage installation.

Prior to joining IREGC, Chris spent six years in the commercial contracting, residential construction, and property management industries. He has managed sub-contractors, established coordination of work schedules, and performed commercial renovation projects that included excavation, concrete, carpentry, and painting. Chris earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a minor in accounting from Towson University.
